• Customers may request a cancellation of their order within 7 to 10 days from the date of service agreement, provided a valid reason is given.

• Cancellations are not permitted for services such as domain name registration or domain name transfers once they have been initiated.

• Each service provided by Trinity Infoworks follows a unique process and plan of execution; therefore, refund eligibility may vary depending on the service.

Refund Policy

• No refunds will be issued for:

  • Administrative or setup fees.

  • Installation charges.

  • Services already completed or partially fulfilled.

  • Same-day delivery service requests.

  • Tax amounts levied by applicable government or regulatory authorities.

• Refunds will not be granted in cases where:

  • The service was canceled due to a violation of our [Terms & Conditions].

  • The scope of work was altered mid-project by the client.

  • Delays or disruptions occur due to third-party involvement or dependencies outside our control.

• Because our projects are milestone-based, significant time and resources are invested at each stage. As a result, once a milestone is completed, refunds for work already done will not be entertained.
